FINALLY starting to get to work out again.
But I am happy to say that cutting out sweets for a month not only lost my bloat, but lost me 5 pounds!
I'm surely going to gain some of it back now that I can eat sweets regularly, but this shows me how bad those sugars are for your weight! I will definitely tone down on the desserts.... & if you're looking to lose some weight & get healthy, so should you!
