Healthy Crispy Treats

My "get healthy" kick states I will not eat desserts, sooooo I tweaked a breakfast favorite to be sweet & healthy!

Now this can be done with just about any favorite breakfast cereal, but I used: Cap'n' Berry Crunch!
Small batch: (because we're being healthy!!)
10 large/jumbo puff marshmallows
4 spoonfulls of peanut butter (so technical, right??)
3-4 cups of cereal (dependent on if you REALLY want 'em "sticky" or not)

  1. In a medium-sized microwaveable bowl, microwave the peanut butter and marshmallows for 30seconds
  2. Mix together
  3. Microwave for another 45seconds
  4. Mix again (quickly before mixture hardens)
  5. Fold in cereal 
  6. Spoon out onto greased pan in whichever shape(s) you please
  7. Cool for 5 minutes & they're ready to enjoy! :)
